Our CrossFit Box does a new and challenging Agility Course about once a month. I find myself terrified every time, but always end up having a great time. For this Halloween course, however, I was on the disabled list. I decided to attend anyhow, and cheer Ben on and take some fun photos.  He’s the agile fellow in the white shirt and blue pants:
