At the beginning of May we spent a long weekend out at the TreeHouse.  We went on our very first family bike ride!

The weather was incredible (in the 80’s!) So we spent a lot of time at the beach.

We took a little trip into Lincoln City to try out this amazing playground at Regatta Park overlooking Devil’s Lake:

Back to the beach:

Ben and I had a bunch of furniture assembly to do, but couldn’t stand the thought of the kids being cooped up inside on such an amazing day.  We made a quick phone call and soon Grandpa Chuck and Al were on their way out!

They spent a beautiful afternoon at the beach and in the water with the kids while we sweated it out over the new furniture.

Before they headed home we treated them to the first BBQ dinner at the beach house!  Thanks Chuck & Al for all your help!
