November is also the month when Hindus celebrate Diwali, the Festival of Lights! The kids’ school takes an entire day to celebrate this, with costumes, crafts, and games. Becky stopped by to take photos of all the festivities!

Will and I go to the same barber, Chase, at The Modern Man. They chatter non-stop every time.
We went to see a puppet production of The Reluctant Dragon at a theater in southeast Portland. We walked around the city a bit, then popped inside to see some real armor and do a craft. The show was really great, one of the kids’ favorites so far.
