Today was Engineering Day at Class Academy, and the faculty invited parents to come in and do a project with the kids. We happened to be in Lucy’s classroom, and after a short lesson on Newton’s third law, we made rockets out of balloons and straws, and raced them along the length of the classroom!

Much laughter was had, and the kids hopefully learned some simple physics in a memorable way.
