The day after Halloween is Dias de los Muertos, the Day of the Dead. We always celebrate with photos and stories about Margaret, and serve her favorite foods. This year we also went on a family hike, which was one of her favorite things to do.

We saw Ivy and Bean! Lucy’s read the book several times, so she told us all the differences.

Ben went on retreat to a little studio apartment that’s about a 10-minute walk from our house! The fur rug and the fireplace were his only company for two full days.
