For the first time in their school careers, the kids aren’t required to wear uniforms. Overwhelmed with choice, we set them a challenge: wear every single thing in your closet without repeats. The reward upon finishing? We’ll take you shopping for a whole new outfit.
Becky came up with a system to know whether they’ve worn something or not, and after a couple of months, they were both finished! So we took them to Target, found the area with their size, and turned them loose. Here’s what they ended up choosing:
Will ended up picking something very similar to what I would have picked for him. Lucy, of course, went totally crazy with patterns and shinyness. But they both look great, and they’re very proud of the new pieces in their wardrobes.
