The decision for Will to attend Sandhill was not made lightly. We knew that our insurance wouldn’t cover the full cost, and that the difference would be on us. Add to this the fact that the beach house hasn’t exactly been a profit center, and that the way guests treated the place was getting pretty aggravating, and the decision to sell the place wasn’t hard to make.
This is part of our 100 Things in 2016 challenge. Here’s the full list.
Not to say it wasn’t emotional, though. When we went out there to meet with our realtor (Daniette West at Windermere! She’s rad!), we wrestled a bit with sadness, but once the decision was made, we were filled with relief.
Daniette and her team took some great photos, including some with a drone.
P.S. — we signed an offer in October, and if all goes well the house will be someone else’s the first week in January!
